EDUPLANET SAS domiciliada y ubicada en la Av. Carrera 15 # 119 – 59 en la ciudad de Bogotá, conforme a las disposiciones contenidas en la Ley 1581 de 2012 en los capítulos 25 y 26 del decreto único 1074 de 2015 y demás normas que reglamentan y complementan el tratamiento para la Protección de Datos Personales en Colombia, considerada como responsable y/o encargada del tratamiento de datos personales, desarrolla la presente política de privacidad y de protección de datos personales, recibidos de sus clientes. De esta manera, manifiesta que garantiza los derechos de la privacidad, la intimidad, el buen nombre en el tratamiento de los datos personales, y en consecuencia todas sus actuaciones se regirán por los principios de legalidad, finalidad, libertad, veracidad o calidad, transparencia, acceso y circulación restringida, seguridad y confidencialidad.

EDUPLANET SAS, en cumplimiento a lo establecido en la Ley 1581 de 2012 y el Decreto Reglamentario 1377 de 2013 es el responsable del uso y protección de sus datos personales, por tanto, le informa que los datos personales a que tenga acceso serán recibidos, tratados y custodiados de forma adecuada y segura a fin de impedir que terceros no autorizados accedan a los mismos. Los datos serán usados para: (I) Gestiones de registro, seguimiento y acompañamiento. (II) Atención de trámites o servicios que el cliente solicite. (III) Realización de encuestas, invitaciones relacionadas con nuestros servicios. (IV) Realizar el envío de información relacionada con programas, actividades, noticias, contenidos por área de interés, productos y demás servicios ofrecidos por nosotros (V) Transferirlos y transmitirlos, incluso internacional, siempre y cuando se cumplan los requerimientos legales aplicables a terceros de conformidad con los límites establecidos por la ley. EDUPLANET LIMITED is the “data controller” of any personal data it may collect, process and hold about you, unless we inform you otherwise.
What personal data do we collect
The personal data we collect from you directly can include your name, email address, mobile/landline telephone number, date of birth, address, and information you give us when you contact our customer services team or when you engage with our social media platforms or website (for example by tagging us in a post.)
If you are using a mobile device and browsing our website, we may collect your IP address or other device identifier, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and another portable device information.
How we collect this information about you

Information you give us

We collect information that you provide to us regarding:

Where we store your personal data

The data that we collect about you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by persons operating outside the EEA. By submitting your details you agree to this transfer.
